ROUTE REPORTS
To view more detailed information about
the route, select Detailed, Detailed Geocode, or
Key City
Report from the Reports menu.
The Detailed Report lists every location
on the route, along with leg mileage and cumulative mileage
between the origin and destination in addition to total
railroad mileage.
The Detailed/Geocode Report combines all
the information from the Detailed Report along with the
geographic code or “Geocode” (SPLC, Station (3-3-3), or
R260) for every location along the route.
A Key City Report, which lists only major
locations, can also be viewed by selecting Key City Report
from the Reports menu.
All reports include mileage summaries by
state and by railroad. The reports may also be generated
when using the Single Route entry method. Each report can be
printed by clicking on the Print button on the tool bar.
