AxonStore.com's Return Policy We know you’ll love our products. If, however, you are
not satisfied with any AxonStore.com product you
purchased, you may return it within 30 days for a refund
(excluding shipping and handling). To request a return
please call 1-800-567-8385 for return directions.
Once your request is processed,
return shipping instructions will be provided by return
e-mail. Your refund will take 4-6 weeks to process from
the receipt of the returned product and will appear on
your credit card. AxonStore.com reserves the right to
deduct a reasonable "use fee" from the refund amount in
the event a product is not returned in resaleable
condition.
Price Protection Policy We understand your concerns when purchasing the latest
solutions in the consumer electronics industry. In
appreciation for your business, we dedicate ourselves to
supporting the value of the products we sell and
protecting your investment in this technology. That's
why AxonStore.com offers a price protection policy that
protects you from price changes that may occur after you
purchase a product directly from us.
Should the manufacturer's price for a
product change within 14 days after your purchase, you
may e-mail sales@axonstore.com to request a refund of the
difference in price. The AxonStore.com Price Protection
Policy applies only to product purchased directly from
AxonStore.com and is subject to change without notice.
To qualify for a price difference refund, AxonStore.com
must receive your request for refund within 14 days of
purchase. Refund amounts will be determined by a
comparison between the actual AxonStore.com purchase
price billed to your credit card and the manufacturer's
price at the time of your request. All refunds will be
applied as credits to the originally invoiced credit
card.
Warranty Service or Exchange Service requests or exchange requests are handled
directly by the manufacturer. Consult your product
documentation for support/exchange options.
