Instantly translate between geographical locations (i.e.
convert ZIP/Postal Codes, city, state and lat/long
coordinates), calculate mileage and drive times, and
determine rates for your customers. View and interact with
data in an environment specifically designed for data
analysis and calculations. Perform a
Proximity Analysis to determine the nearest and farthest
depot, customer or vehicle from a particular location. Set
up the formulas once and you only have to change the

=ZipCode( ) - Returns a 5-digit
ZIP Code from a corresponding City/State.

=Miles( ) - Returns mileage between two points
(City/State, Address, ZIP/Postal Code, SPLC, Lat/Long, or
Custom Place).

=Tolls( ) – Returns the total toll cost from the
origin to the destination (City/State, Address, ZIP/Postal
Code, SPLC, Lat/Long, or Custom Place). NOTE: PC MILER Tolls
purchase required. Toll amounts are available in the U.S.
and Canada.

=DiscountedTolls( ) – Returns the portion of the
tolls for the trip attributable to the specified discount
program and the specified state. The origin or destination
can be a City/State, Address, ZIP/Postal Code, SPLC,
Lat/Long, or Custom Place. NOTE: PC MILER Tolls purchase
required. Toll amounts are available in the U.S. and
Canada.NOTE: This example provides the E-ZPass toll charges
for NJ and DE only. All participating states using E-ZPass
available.

=DriveTime( ) - Returns a drive time between two
points (City/State, Address, ZIP/Postal Code, SPLC,
Lat/Long, or Custom Place).

=CityName( ) - Returns a City/State from a
corresponding ZIP/Postal Code or SPLC.

=CityNameWithCounty( ) – Returns the city with state
and county name for a City/State, ZIP Code, SPLC, Address,
or Custom Place.

=FullName( ) - Returns ZIP Code, City/State and
county name from a corresponding ZIP/Postal Code, SPLC, or
City/State).
