FEATURES
PC*MILER|Spreadsheets allows users to view and interact with
PC*MILER data in an environment specifically designed for
data analysis and calculation. Through a custom Add-In into
your spreadsheet program, formulas are exposed to gain
access to PC*MILER data. Choose from several formulas,
including the ability to generate mileage calculations,
geocode street-level addresses, translate latitude/longitude
points into city/state combinations, calculate drive times
from one stop to another, and generate a State/Country
Distance Report that provides trip mileage information by
state/jurisdiction.
The most popular formulas are as follows

=Miles(Origin, Destination, “Routing
Type”): Returns mileage
between two locations based on the routing type selected.
=ZIPCode(City, State): Returns a
5-digit ZIP Code from a corresponding
City/State.
=CityName(Location): Returns a
City/State from a corresponding
ZIP/Postal Code or SPLC.
=FullName(Location): Returns ZIP
Code, City/State and county
name from a corresponding ZIP/Postal Code, SPLC, or
City/State.
=Tolls(Origin, Destination, “Toll
